I bought tickets online, where can I pick them up?Tickets can be picked up at the venue on the day of the concert after doors open at 2pm.
Can I bring my dog to the concert?If you have a sevice dog with a vest, bring it to the concert. Thank you for leaving all other dogs at home.
Do you serve snacks and/or drinks at the concert?We do not serve snacks but we do sell bottled water for $1. It can be found at the back of the sanctuary behind the pews.
Can I meet the musicians after the concert?Yes! The performers love to meet the audience and have a chat after the show is finished. If the performers have CDs for sale they will sign them for you too.
Do you accept donations, and if so, would I get a tax receipt?Yes we accept donations! We are a not-for-profit and a registered charity. We will happily issue tax receipts for donations over $5.
How accessible is the venue? Is there any wheelchair seating?Lakefield United Church has several wheelchair parking spots out front, it has elevator access (entrance to the right of the stairs up to the main entrance. There is an accessible washroom. We do have 2 spots for people in wheelchairs to view the concerts. Let us know ahead of time if you would like us to reserve them for you.
